An alcohol-free, antioxidant green tea toner soothes and balances after cleansing with no acids or strong actives, keeping the routine calm and fully compatible with the sunscreen and any serum layered on top.
Snail mucin is a hydrating, barrier-supporting humectant that plays well with everything (niacinamide, HA, vitamin C, retinol) and adds a moisture layer under sunscreen in the AM without pilling or conflict.
Vitamin C is the ideal AM antioxidant to pair under sunscreen: it boosts daytime UV defense and brightens. At 10% with 5% niacinamide it layers cleanly beneath this Re'equil SPF 50 sunscreen.
Retinol is PM-only and rounds out the routine for anti-aging while the vitamin C handles mornings. Keeping it to night avoids any acid/vitamin-C overlap, and it sits comfortably before the moisturizer.
A lightweight B12 + barrier-repair moisturizer seals in hydration as the step just before sunscreen in the AM (and the last step PM). Its soothing, non-acidic formula conflicts with nothing in the routine.
⚠ Use separately / on alternate nights: No real conflicts for a sunscreen; just always apply it LAST in the AM. Keep retinol and exfoliating acids to PM so they don't interfere with the daytime vitamin C / SPF layer.
