  • Your order number and a clear description
  • Photos for wrong, missing or visibly defective items
  • For transit damage, an unboxing video where reasonably possible
  • The parcel, packaging, labels and free gifts until we advise you

No video? Its absence will not automatically defeat a valid claim or legal remedy.

What happens next

Pickup and resolution

  • Contact us before sending anything back
  • We arrange and pay reverse shipping when the issue is attributable to Luvee, the product or delivery
  • A replacement can be offered if available and you accept it
  • A monetary refund due goes to the original payment method

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 days.

Your bank, UPI provider or card network may take longer to post the amount. You can choose a six-month Luvee gift card instead, but we use it only when you affirmatively choose it.

No change of mind

Cosmetics cannot safely be resold after dispatch.

We do not accept a return merely because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong shade, or no longer want the product. This rule remains subject to non-excludable consumer rights.
