Refund policy

We want you to love your Luvee order. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for return: Unused, unopened items in their original, brand-sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged - unless they arrive damaged, defective, or are the wrong item.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: Please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp (+91 97707 88800) or email (support@luvee.in), and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them, or any time before they are dispatched.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or to your preferred method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
