Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating SA Cleanser is a foaming gel face wash built around a triple-acid exfoliating blend of Salicylic Acid, Mandelic Acid, and Gluconolactone (PHA) — designed to resurface skin gently enough for daily use, even on sensitive or acne-prone skin.
Key ingredients: Salicylic Acid helps clear congested pores and control excess surface oil; Mandelic Acid works to refine skin texture and even out tone; Gluconolactone (a PHA) exfoliates while helping the skin barrier retain moisture. The formula is rounded out with Niacinamide and Panthenol (Provitamin B5) to support barrier strength, plus Sunflower Seed Oil and Glycerin for lightweight hydration.
