Product Description
L'Oréal Professionnel INOA Developer (Oxydant) is the hydrogen-peroxide-based oil-in-cream developer made specifically for L'Oréal Professionnel's INOA range of ammonia-free permanent hair colour. Mixed in a 1:1 ratio with INOA colour crème, it activates and develops the colour pigment, using L'Oréal's ODS2 (Oil Delivery System) technology to help pigment penetrate the hair fibre evenly. It is a professional/salon-use-only product sold in 10, 20 and 30 volume (3%/6%/9%) strengths, with 10 vol suited to deposit-only/tone-on-tone work, 20 vol to one-level lift and grey coverage, and 30 vol to up to two levels of lift on virgin hair.

How to Use
In a non-metallic bowl, mix INOA colour crème with the corresponding volume of INOA Developer in a 1:1 ratio until smooth and creamy. Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair with a tint brush (roots, lengths or ends per the shade/technique). Leave to process for up to 35 minutes as directed for the chosen shade/volume. Rinse thoroughly, then shampoo and condition. For professional/salon use by a trained colourist only; L'Oréal mandates a skin sensitivity/allergy patch test 48 hours before each use, and the product is not intended for use on persons under 16.
