It combines 10% Niacinamide with 5% PHA (Glucono Delta Lactone) and Paeonia Albiflora (Lumiflora Peony) to regulate melanin production, gently exfoliate, and improve skin texture without heaviness. The quick-absorbing, silicone-free formula is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

How to Use
