Plum's CeraSense Milky Toner is a lightweight, hydrating face toner for normal-to-dry skin. Powered by Plum's Ceramide Blend, peptides, acai and 1% NMF, it replenishes moisture and supports skin-barrier health. The mist format can be layered into your routine or used on its own.
